Google Glass Project – TourIt
As the project lead, I interviewed archaeologists in the field to find out user requirements, pains, current procedures, and nice-to-haves. In addition, I created the different models needed for the project in Microsoft Visio. From this my team (Amrita Maharaj, Amanpreet Bains, Afifa Javaid) came up with the idea, TourIt, to aid patrons visiting the Royal Ontario Musuem. The presentation ( Google Glass proposal) shows our value proposition, user persona, stakeholders, usage narrative, and Google Glass simulation for our ideas. Our final project focused on mapping out the different requirements for TourIt, such as the business model canvas, 3D Models, wireframes, etc.
The next semester we took this idea further and examined the idea using different types of models.
